Villa Loretopea is an exclusive accommodation, located in one of the best areas of San Sebastian, the Ondarreta beach. It is the most local of the San Sebastian beaches and only 15 minutes walking distance from the city center and the Old Town, through the beautiful Paseo de la Concha. The area is a set of quiet semi-pedestrian streets surrounded by exclusive villas and more classic low-rise houses.
The villa is divided into 5 floors and distributed in 228 m2 of useful interior surface. It also has two terraces, the largest one is situated next to the main entrance and the second one in the attic. A private elevator inside the villa leads to all floors of the house.
The pedestrian access to Villa Loretopea is through a private door located on the main façade. The parking entrance is located at the back of the house.
The villa has a capacity for up to 8 people, spread over 4 bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom.
In addition to the garage, you can find two of the three villa’s living areas on the semi-basement and ground floors and also, the kitchen, a dining room and one of the bedrooms with its bathroom.
On the first floor, is the main bedroom of the house. It is a large 50 m2 suite with a large bathroom, equipped with a hydromassage bath and shower.
On the second floor we find two more rooms with their bathrooms. On the attic floor, a third living room and another full bathroom. Also, a solarium.
In short, Villa Loretopea is a fancy place for those who, during their visit to San Sebastian, are looking for a quiet place next to the Ondarreta beach and from which they can reach all the areas of interest in the city, walking through the incomparable setting of the Bay of La Concha.
