The San Juan apartment is next to Plaza de la Bretxa, one of the most iconic places in San Sebastian and in the heart of the Old Town. La Bretxa along with the market of San Martín are the two oldest markets in the city and must-see places for people who love local gastronomic culture.
San Juan is located on the first floor of an old building, but it is perfectly conserved, and thus does not have a lift. In turn, due to its location between two plazas, this is an apartment that enjoys a lot of light. Also, from its balconies you can enjoy the view of the market, which is set up just in front of it every morning by the traders who come from the farms in the province to sell the produce from their land.
The apartment is very well distributed: the entrance provides access to one side of the living and dining area, a beautiful and bright space that has exits onto three different balconies. The entrance also provides access to the kitchen. It is a modern open kitchen that is perfectly fitted out.
The apartment has two bedrooms, with a double bed in each bedroom. The apartment also has a sofa bed and can accommodate up to three people. The two bedrooms also have an exit onto their respective balconies which face the south. San Juan has a modern bathroom with a shower.
The San Juan apartment also offers high-speed Wi-Fi. There is no car park in the building and in this area outdoor parking is not possible. Therefore, if you are going to come by car, we can book a space in a nearby garage when you make your booking.
