The Erregetxe apartment is located in the so-called romantic area, the largest pedestrian area in the city of San Sebastián. Its location, just behind the Buen Pastor Cathedral, gives an idea of how central it is. From the apartment you can get to all points of interest, through pedestrian streets, including the Old Town and the beaches of La Concha and La Zurriola. It is therefore an unbeatable option, in case you want to enjoy the city while walking or cycling.
Spread over almost 100 square meters, the Erregetxe Apartment, “house of the king” in Basque language, has two bedrooms and two complete bathrooms.
Erregetxe has been completely renovated and decorated by the FeelFree interior designers in 2021. In this project, the classical style of the house has been maintained, with its fabulous stained glass door windows, the high ceilings, the ornamental iron fireplace . Also, this apartment has been equipped with modern details of equipment and furniture.
Erregetxe is located on the fourth floor with elevator of an elegant classic building in San Sebastián. The dining room is a pleasant and spacious space from which you can access a balcony to a patio.
The main room has a 160 cm double bed and a large dressing room with built-in wardrobes and a study area. The second bedroom has three single beds and large built-in wardrobes. Both rooms have views over the quiet pedestrian street.
