Located on the third floor of a recently constructed building (2018) in the pleasant Plaza Easo, a few blocks from La Concha Beach, and a ten-minute walk from the Old Town, the Belle Sebastian apartment is a modern and spacious space that stands out for its painstaking décor and great brightness, as well as its ideal location.
It is modern accommodation that is completely exterior, and completely faces Plaza Easo. It is distributed over almost 100 m2 of usable space and on one side of the property it has a spacious and bright space comprised of a living area with a kitchenette and dining area, and on the other side, three spacious double bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The living area at Belle Sebastian also has a large viewpoint overlooking the plaza, which in addition to the high ceilings throughout the property gives the space a great feeling of brightness and spaciousness. The modern kitchen in the apartment is perfectly fitted-out, including a comfortable counter where it is possible to enjoy more informal meals. The dining area is next to the kitchen.
The rest area has three large bedrooms, one of which is furnished with a 160x200 cm double bed and the other two have 105x200 cm single beds. All have fitted wardrobes and an exit to the balconies. Next to the bedrooms there are two modern bathrooms, both fitted out with a shower.
Just like all the FeelFree apartments, the Belle Sebastian apartment has, among other things, a high-speed WiFi connection, Smart TV and the option of garage rental in a nearby car park, which is absolutely essential if you come by private car.
