The accommodation La Perla in San Sebastian, received its name in honor of the city. Among other several terms used to describe this amazing part of the world we find 'La Perla del Cantabrico', the Cantabrian Sea's Pearl. This apartment is located in the city centre, just a stroll from La Concha Beach and its gorgeous promenade around the Bay that takes us to the Old Town. It is an exclusive holiday accommodation recently decorated by a prestigious interior design firm.
The apartment La Perla is located on the third floor of an elegant building with a lift. It is a Romantic style building typical of the city centre. Apart from its privileged position next to La Concha Beach, the uniqueness of this accommodation lies in the exclusive designed furniture and the refined decoration. Both features give the apartment a pleasant and cozy atmosphere.
As we enter the apartment we go into a bright space where the kitchen and the dining room come together. The dining area has a beautiful black marble oval shape table and a designer kitchenette, which is totally equipped so that you and your party will be able to enjoy real feasts as the locals do. This spacious room, like the rest of the accommodation, gives you a warm feeling mainly due to the pleasant and careful lighting. There are some Japanese style blinds separating the kitchen-dining area from the lounge. A large flat-screen TV set dominates the sitting room conceived as an auditorium, with 'L' shape sofas and two balconies to each side of the TV set, from which you will be able to see the beach.
To the other side of the accommodation we find the three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a double bed while the third bedroom has 2 single beds and a high double bed (see the photos). Next to these bedrooms there is a second bathroom which, as the rest of the vacation apartment, is delightful.
