The apartment Kaia is a spacious accommodation located on the third floor of a building with a lift situated at the very heart of the Old Town, offers immediate access to both the pintxo bars and some of the best restaurants and pubs, as well as the fishing port and the beaches of La Concha and Zurriola.
Kaia offers a large open plan lounge-dining room with kitchenette, three double bedrooms, there fully fitted bathrooms and a cosy sitting room, which could be considered a fourth bedroom as it has a comfortable sofa-bed. From the entrance hall it can be appreciated how much space this apartment offers. First, we find a fully fitted bathroom, equipped with a shower cubicle, and next to it the main bedroom, where there is a king size bed (180 cm), a large wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom, again equipped with a shower cubicle. The heart of the apartment is occupied by the large daytime area divided into two different zones. On the one hand, the lounge and the kitchenette with a breakfast bar and on the other, the dining area where there is a large table and chairs, where you"ll be able to enjoy delicious dinners. The lounge offers a comfortable sofa and a relax armchair situated next to the balcony over the street. The kitchen at Kaia is perfectly equipped with high quality electric appliances and complete kitchenware so you won"t miss anything during your break. Next to the lounge we find the other two double bedrooms, both fitted with two single beds and a large wardrobe each, and a cosy sitting room where there is a comfortable sofa-bed, a small balcony over the street and a flat screen TV set. There is a third bathroom in this area of the apartment as well and it"s also fitted with a large shower cubicle and a big washbasin.
The apartment Kaia also offers Wi-Fi Internet system.
