Gladys Attic is located on the 8th floor of a modern building with a lift situated facing the Urumea River. It is a quiet area just a step away from Amara, a neighbourhood perfectly served by all sorts of shops and the transport network.
The apartment has two double bedrooms, two fully fitted bathrooms, a comfortable open plan lounge-dining room with kitchenette and an impressive terrace, where you'll be able to enjoy unforgettable evenings during your holidays.
The daytime area is taken by the open plan lounge-dining room and a kitchenette located behind a half-wall, what makes it look rather independent. This is a very bright part of the accommodation thanks to the large French door with direct access to the amazing terrace, a window and another French door with access to a second terrace. The kitchenette is totally equipped with top class electric appliances and complete kitchenware.
Gladys Attic offers two double bedrooms. One of them has two single beds, a fitted wardrobe, an en-suite bathroom equipped with a large shower cubicle and a French door with access to the main terrace. The second bedroom has a double bed (150 cm), a fitted wardrobe and another French door with access to the second terrace. Both bedrooms have been carefully decorated.
The second bathroom in the accommodation is also fitted with a shower cubicle.
The apartment Gladys Attic also offers Wi-Fi Internet system as well as the option to rent a parking space located in the private garage situated underneath the building, which is very convenient if you are coming to San Sebastian by car.

The heating in this apartment is central, which means that it is managed automatically for the entire building, it is not possible to turn it on at dates and times that are not programmed by the community. Normally, the central heating is available, it can be delayed or brought forward according to the weather at the time, between the months of November and April, at the times stipulated by the community provided that the temperature is below the number of degrees agreed by the community.
The house offers exclusive tenants a small pool on the roof of the building. The pool is open during the summer months (15/06 to 15/09) during limited hours.
