This vacation apartment is situated on the first floor of a building with a lift, in the city centre, facing the Bahia de La Concha and just round the corner from the Old Town. It offers an amazing open plan lounge-dining room, three double bedrooms, three perfectly equipped bathrooms and a fully fitted independent kitchen.
From the entrance hall, a double sliding door takes us into the open plan lounge-dining room. It is a bright and stylish room where you"ll be astonished by the breathtaking views over the bay and the surrounding gardens. To the right, we find a modern dining table with capacity for up to 8 guests where you"ll be able to enjoy unforgetable evenings during your holidays. Between the table and one of the large windows in the room, there is a sitting area with a comfortable sofa-bed. To the left, next to the French window with direct access to the terrace, we find the main sitting area where there are two large sofas and two comfortable armchairs.
Back in the hall, there is a door giving us access to the corridor. Here, to the right, is the main bedroom, a beautiful space with a double bed, a spacious fitted wardrobe, a French window with direct access to the terrace and an en-suite modern bathroom fully fitted and equipped with a large shower cubicle and a double washbasin. The other two bedrooms at Playa de La Concha 4 are also very cosy and fully equipped bedrooms. They both offer two single beds each, a spacious fitted wardrobe and a window to the building courtyard. They are situated by the second bathroom equipped with a large bathtub.
The kitchen in Playa de La Concha 4 is situated at the end of the corridor. It is a comfortable kitchen equipped with good quality electric appliances and complete kitchenware, besides a useful dining table where you"ll be able to enjoy breakfast and the most informal meals during your holidays. Next to the kitchen we find the third bathroom fitted with a shower cubicle.
The holiday apartment Playa de La Concha 4 offers as well Wi-Fi Internet system, Movistar+ (movies and sports), air-conditioning all around the apartment and the possibility to rent a parking space at a nearby car park, something highly recommended as parking in the area is very difficult and expensive.

Normally, the central heating is available, it can be delayed or brought forward according to the weather at the time, between the months of November and April, at the times stipulated by the community provided that the temperature is below the number of degrees agreed by the community.
