The Hondalea apartment is an exclusive property located in a newly built urbanisation right in the centre of San Sebastian, just a stone's throw from La Concha Beach and the city's shopping and pedestrian area.
The property, whose exquisite decoration has been done by FeelFree's team of interior designers in 2021, has a large and bright open-plan space divided between the living-dining area and a modern open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with all major and minor appliances, as well as complete kitchenware.
The living room is a pleasant space, with large windows and plenty of light and equipped with comfortable sofas and a sofa bed in which to enjoy pleasant gatherings with family or friends. From the living room there is access to a beautiful terrace with wonderful panoramic views over the city. The terrace has a relaxation area with hammocks and an outdoor dining area.
Two bedrooms are located on this floor. The master bedroom is a suite equipped with a 160 cm double bed, dressing area and bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds, next to this bedroom there is another bathroom. Both bedrooms also have access to a shared terrace.
The Hondalea apartment also has, included in the price, a double parking space, a must if you come to San Sebastian by car.
